Description: The “DTAT Stations” data are created and maintained as part of the Development Trends Along Transit annual report published by Metro Transit's TOD Office. The station features consist of points representing each high frequency transit platform that is either existing or under construction in the year of the most recent DTAT report. Although some stations are constructed in multiple phases of a multi-year project, the platform points are placed as close to reality as possible for the entire transit route. The data and full metadata can be found here: https://gisdata.mn.gov/dataset/us-mn-state-metc-trans-dtat-stations

Description: The Park & Rides and Transit Centers layer contains a comprehensive inventory of park and ride and transit center facilities throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and surrounding counties. Park & Rides are defined as facilities with transit service and parking available, for transit customer and carpool use. Transit Centers are defined as facilities where: two or more routes connect to transfer passengers, buses connect off street (or in clearly designated on-street spaces), there are marked 'gates' for different routes and directions, the location serves a major activity center, and there is a standing facility, or in some cases, a collection of bus shelters. This dataset is limited to specific locations for TOD and DTAT application. Description: The “DTAT Areas” data are created and maintained as part of the Development Trends Along Transit annual report published by Metro Transit's TOD Office. The single buffer feature consists of a compilation of half-mile radius fixed-route transitway station buffers, as well as quarter-mile high frequency local bus alignment buffers active in the year of the most recent DTAT report. These buffers are dissolved into a single feature class. The data and full metadata for download can be found here: https://gisdata.mn.gov/dataset/us-mn-state-metc-trans-dtat-areas
